They are seeking a highly driven Legal Sales Executive to promote and sell our immigration services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the legal or immigration sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting inquiries into sales, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible legal guidance throughout their immigration process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in need of immigration services.
  • Generate leads through outreach efforts, including calls, emails, and networking within the legal and immigration industry.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing leads and converting inquiries into consultations.
  • Provide potential clients with detailed information on our services, pricing, and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our legal team to stay up-to-date on immigration laws, regulations, and service offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, tracking metrics such as lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Represent Greencard.inc at industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance the company’s presence and reach.

Eligibility

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the legal, immigration, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration services and the legal industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • LLM (Master of Laws) preferred.
