Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: LLB with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Experience at a reputed law firm and/or in-house role.
  • Exposure to corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance.
  • Experience handling cross-border contracts and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong foundation in corporate and commercial law (Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI).

Key Responsibilities / Role

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/tech, strategic partnerships).
  • Advising on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Supporting and executing M&A, joint ventures, investments, and restructurings.
  • Partnering with business teams to identify risks and deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Engaging and managing external counsel for specialist matters and due diligence.
  • Driving enhancements in contract lifecycle management and compliance monitoring.
