About Law Assessment Opportunity at INDIALAW LLP
INDIALAW LLP is inviting applications from driven and detail-oriented law students from the 2027 batch to join our Banking & Finance Team as Assessment Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-value financing transactions, regulatory advisory work, and corporate banking matters.
Eligibility
- Law students (5-year / 3-year LL.B.) graduating in 2027
- Candidates with prior internship experience in Banking & Finance / Corporate Law preferred
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference to only mumbai based candidates.
Role Involves
- Legal research on banking laws and regulatory frameworks
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Due diligence and preparation of transaction summaries
- Supporting regulatory compliance and filings
- Assisting in structuring and documentation of financing transactions
This is an assessment internship with the potential for long-term opportunities based on performance.
