About Legal Job Opportunity at Aekom Legal
Aekom Legal is looking to bring on an Associate (1–3 years PQE) to join their Delhi office. Their team regularly works on a range of corporate advisory and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate structuring.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working on transactions end-to-end and is keen to develop a strong grounding in corporate and commercial law within a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of PQE with experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory
- Strong drafting, due diligence, and research skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
