Ark Legal is expanding our Technology and Data Privacy practice in Mumbai and invite applications from Advocates with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in technology law, data protection, or related regulatory practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory and compliance under the DPDP Act, IT Act, and global privacy frameworks.
- Drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements.
- Client advisory and representation before regulatory authorities.
Requirement
Full-time, in-person role (Mumbai).
