About Online Law Internship Opportunity at Juris At Work

Juris At Work is looking for interns experienced in corporate and commercial contracts.

Skills required

a) Contract Drafting
b) Contract Review/Redlining
c) Corporate Contract experience and interest (Shareholder agreements, SLAs, Employment contracts, Vendor Agreements, MSAs, etc.)
d) Adept at drafting Commercial contracts and related documents such as Privacy Policy, T&Cs, EULAs, etc.
e) Have interest and basic knowledge of M&A and related contracts

Eligibility

Only final year students are eligible to apply. This will be an unpaid virtual internship. But if you do really well, they will definitely offer a Stipend as well. Hence, they are looking for disciplined, honest and sincere students only.
