Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate transactions and business operations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their legal needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of corporate law experience in Dubai.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s legal framework and business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently on a project basis.
- Must be a resident of Dubai.
