About Legal Job Opportunity at ALT INDIA LEGAL
ALT India Legal is looking to add an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Associate to its Litigation Team in Delhi NCR. They are looking for someone who is serious about litigation, willing to work hard, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term association with the firm. This is not a short-term stepping-stone role. We are looking for people who want to grow with the team and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Role
The role will involve substantial hands-on exposure across Courts and Tribunals in Delhi NCR, with occasional outstation work.
Key responsibilities include
- Legal research and case strategy
- Drafting pleadings in suits, arbitrations, writ petitions and SLPs
- Pre-litigation drafting, including legal notices, replies and correspondence
- Assisting with matters across different stages of litigation and dispute resolution
Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.
