About Legal Job Opportunity at Peritum Partners
Peritum Partners is looking to expand its General Corporate and Transactions Practice and is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate to join their team in Chennai.
The Role
The associate will work on reviewing and drafting commercial and transactional contracts.
What They are Looking For:
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Relevant experience in the transactions space (diligence and transaction documentation)
- Strong understanding of General Corporate and Transactional Law
- Reasonably good drafting and redlining skills with commercial contracts
- Good capability with research and drafting advisory notes/ opinions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
