0–2 Years / Freshers with relevant litigation experience may apply
Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting petitions, applications, legal notices, replies and other pleadings
- Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts and other forums
- Attending court proceedings and assisting with case preparation
- Preparing case briefs, summaries and legal opinions
- Assisting senior advocates and coordinating on matters
Requirements
- LL.B./B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Good understanding of litigation procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior litigation/chamber experience will be an advantage
