Eligibility Criteria
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a highly effective and motivated legal team globally (mandatory).
- Expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and business models.
- Deep understanding of digitized systems and processes to implement technology-based compliance solutions.
- Experience providing opinions on and implementing applicable regulations, especially FCPA/UKBA and other anti-corruption regulations.
- Exposure and understanding of key compliance regimes (Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality).
- Exposure to Analytics and Automation for risk evaluation/mitigation (added benefit, not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage a highly effective team to globally lead the Infosys Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery program.
- Own, implement & adopt the Infosys Compliance and Integrity Plan (based on seven pillars of effective corporate compliance).
- Provide opinions on applicable regulations (FCPA/UKBA preferred) including underlying controls and monitoring.
- Review and improve whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms in collaboration with HR.
- Handle complaints, investigations, and remediation processes effectively.
- Provide advice on compliance topics to local stakeholders.
- Proactively derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications.
- Collaborate with various functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Govt. Relations) to assist in Infosys’ expansion agenda.
