Internship Details
- Position: Assessment Legal Intern

Focus Areas
- Financial Regulation: RBI and SEBI guidelines.
- Corporate Governance: Compliance frameworks for NBFCs and large manufacturing entities.
- LegalTech: Creating checklists and trackers for automated compliance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Assessment: Reviewing and assessing legal and regulatory documents for live projects.
- Regulatory Research: Interpreting new guidelines issued by regulators and summarizing their impact.
- Product Support: Assisting in the creation of internal compliance checklists and monitoring trackers.
- Project Support: Supporting the legal team in managing compliance mandates for diverse industry clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduates: 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. graduates.
- Knowledge Base: Prior exposure (academic or through internships) to SEBI or RBI regulations is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a “keen eye for detail” and the ability to interpret complex regulatory guidelines.
