About In-House Legal Internship at PharmEasy
PharmEasy is looking for a Legal Intern for an immediate start in the new year. This in-office internship is designed to give law students hands-on experience within a corporate legal department, focusing on the intersection of technology, healthcare, and commercial law.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Start Date: 2nd January 2026 (Immediate Joining)
- Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Dispute Resolution: Assisting the team in drafting replies to legal notices.
- Contract Management: Drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other related commercial documents.
- Compliance & Research: Providing support for corporate compliance and conducting basic legal research on healthcare and e-commerce regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in their final or penultimate year of study.
- Strong interest in In-house legal roles and HealthTech/E-commerce sectors.
- Good understanding of contract law and drafting principles.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 3-month in-office stint starting early January.
