Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive title search reports to ensure the validity and legality of property ownership.
Assist in analyzing legal documents and contracts for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
