Internship Duration

Eligibility Criteria

3. At least two prior internships in reputed law firms or chambers dealing with corporate or commercial law.
4. Demonstrated excellence in legal research and drafting, evidenced through published work, research papers, or writing samples.
5. Working understanding of corporate governance, securities regulations, and contract law.
6. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, M&A documentation, or arbitration procedure will be an advantage.
7. Strong command over written and spoken English.
8. Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver structured and accurate work.
