They are thrilled to announce a long-term remote Legal Intern position at SPS Partners, where you’ll have the chance to gain valuable experience in the legal field and work with a dynamic team of professionals.

Law students in their 4th or 5th year

Requirements
- Strong understanding of law, including IBC, PMLA, FEMA, and commercial contracts is a must.
- Excellent drafting and research skills.
- Proficient communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive learner with a strong motivation to develop and grow in the legal field.

- Assist with drafting legal documents and conducting in-depth legal research.
- Support in cases related to white-collar crime , commercial litigation and contracts.
- Contribute to case preparations and legal strategy development.
