The NLIU Legal Aid Clinic (LAC) and the IDIA Madhya Pradesh Chapter, in collaboration with Zentrum Law Partners, are proud to announce the 3rd Justice Quest 2026. Organized on the occasion of Republic Day, this event is a premier platform for students to engage with constitutional values through competitive academic formats. This year’s event features a high-stakes Quiz and a Turncoat Debate Competition.
About the Organisers
- NLIU Legal Aid Clinic (LAC): A student-run clinic at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, dedicated to providing legal awareness and aid.
- IDIA MP Chapter: Part of the Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access to Legal Education initiative, working to make legal education accessible to underprivileged students.
- Zentrum Law Partners: A full-service law firm partnering to provide professional exposure to the winners.
I. Quiz Competition
The quiz celebrates a significant milestone in Indian history.
- Theme: Celebrating 75 years of the Indian Constitution.
- Team Size: 1–3 participants.
- Registration Fee: ₹500 per team.
II. Turncoat Debate Competition
Test your ability to see both sides of a legal or social argument.
- Format: Individual participation.
- Style: Participants must argue both for and against the same motion within a specified time limit.
- Registration Fee: ₹300 per participant.
Eligibility and Venue
- Eligibility: The competitions are open to all students currently enrolled in schools (9th standard and above) or pursuing any undergraduate/postgraduate degree across any discipline.
- Venue: Physical event at the NLIU Campus, Bhopal.
Awards and Prizes
Winners in both categories receive cash rewards and professional opportunities:
