About Legal Corporate Internship at GSP Crop Science Ltd.
GSP Crop’s legal team is looking for motivated interns to support their day-to-day operations. This is an onsite role that provides a front-row seat to how a corporate legal department manages risks, ensures compliance, and facilitates business transactions.
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: Navrangpura, HO Ahmedabad (Onsite)
- Duration: 1–3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and meticulous proofreading of legal and commercial agreements.
- Corporate Transactions: Supporting the team with due diligence and the preparation of transaction-related documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assisting in monitoring and fulfilling statutory and regulatory requirements.
- General Advisory: Providing day-to-day legal support to various business departments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law students currently pursuing an LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) or an LL.M.
- Interests: A strong, demonstrated interest in Corporate Law and Compliance.
- Skills: Proficient in legal research, drafting, and professional communication.
