What You Will Do
Interns are integrated into the daily workflow of an AOR’s office:
- Legal Research: Deep-diving into constitutional and procedural laws (CPC, CrPC/BNSS) for ongoing Supreme Court matters.
- Drafting Assistance: Helping with the preparation of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions, and List of Dates.
- Case Analysis: Reviewing case files and preparing concise briefs for senior counsel.
- Procedural Learning: Gaining firsthand knowledge of the AOR’s role in filing and “mentioning” matters before the Registry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Open to law students (all years).
- Skills: Strong interest in litigation and an analytical mindset.
