Internship Details

  • Position: Legal Intern
  • Location: Sector 67, Gurugram (On-site)
  • Stipend: Performance-based (as per industry standards)

Key Responsibilities

  • Court Exposure: Attending court proceedings and gaining first-hand experience in litigation.
  • Legal Drafting: Preparing drafts for legal notices, petitions, and miscellaneous applications.
  • Case Analysis: Assisting in the breakdown of complex facts and evidence for ongoing matters.
  • Research: Conducting detailed research on statutes and precedents, particularly in Civil, Criminal, and RERA domains.
  • Client Interaction: Observing and assisting in client meetings and strategy sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 5-Year Integrated Course: Students in their 3rd Year or above.
  • 3-Year LL.B. Course: Students in their 2nd Year or above.
