- Knowledge of Indian legal procedures and court systems.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various matters.
- Draft legal documents, notices, petitions, and correspondence.
- Assist senior advocates in case preparation and court filings.
- Maintain case files and legal databases.
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings (location dependent).
- Prepare case summaries and legal memoranda.
- Review and analyze relevant statutes, case laws, and legal precedents.
