What You Will Actually Do
This is a “no-fluff” internship designed for students who want to move beyond textbooks:
- Court Appearances: Accompanying senior advocates to the Delhi High Court, Saket District Court, and other local forums to observe trial proceedings.
- Legal Research: Conducting specific research on procedural laws (CPC, CrPC/BNSS) and substantive civil/criminal matters.
- Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of Pleadings, Writ Petitions, and Legal Notices.
- Case Management: Learning how to manage case files, handle filing procedures, and understand the administrative side of litigation.
Practice Areas You May Explore
- Criminal Litigation: Bail matters, trials, and criminal defense strategy.
- Matrimonial Law: Divorce proceedings, child custody, and maintenance disputes.
- Civil & Property Law: Title disputes, RERA matters, and recovery suits.
- Corporate Litigation: NCLT matters and commercial arbitration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Open to motivated law students (preferably 3rd year and above).
- Skills: Strong foundation in legal principles and a proactive attitude towards field-work.
