Rapido is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Litigation (Legal) Department for a long-term, on-site placement in Bengaluru.
Position Details

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Must be currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course from a recognized university.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal terminology and contract management processes.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advantage: Prior internship or coursework related to contracts or legal studies is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and organize legal pleadings, case files, and trackers.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, judgments, and other relevant legal issues.
- Support compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
- Liaise with external counsel and manage information flow.
- Identify legal risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Provide legal assistance to internal teams and prepare management reports.
