Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Support: Assisting in the drafting and review of legal and commercial documents related to debt and equity transactions.
- Corporate Research: Conducting in-depth legal research on evolving financial regulations and corporate laws.
- Compliance Management: Supporting the legal team in ensuring corporate and statutory compliance for the firm and its clients.
- Internal Advisory: Working on real-time legal issues under the guidance of senior legal and financial professionals.
- Documentation: Managing internal legal processes and maintaining transaction-related legal files.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law students currently pursuing an LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or B.B.A. LL.B.
- Interest: A clear interest in Corporate Law, Commercial Contracts, and Finance.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficient legal drafting, and excellent communication skills.
