Internship Details

Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate (3-year or 5-year LL.B.).
- Knowledge of title search and property law.
- Ability to draft sale deeds, registered mortgage drafts, and gift deeds.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Eagerness to learn and commit to quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct title searches and assist in due diligence for property transactions.
- Draft and review sale deeds, mortgage documents, gift deeds, and related instruments.
- Assist with documentation for loan disbursements and security creation.
- Maintain and organize contract/transaction records and master trackers.
- Support the legal/operations team on ad-hoc documentation and compliance tasks.
