Simple Energy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its in-house legal team in Bangalore. This role provides direct exposure to the corporate legal functions of a fast-paced tech and manufacturing startup.

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents and commercial contracts.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on corporate and industry-specific regulations.
- Supporting the in-house legal team in daily corporate and secretarial matters.
- Assisting with the management and filing of legal documentation and NDAs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B. or Integrated LL.B.).
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal drafting.
- Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work on-site at the Bangalore office.
