Eligibility Criteria
- Course: Students in a 3-year LL.B. programme (2nd year and above) or a 5-year LL.B. programme (3rd year and above).
- Skills: Strong research, communication, and writing skills. Must be adept in using SCC Online, Manupatra, and MS Word/Pages.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Requirement: Possession of a laptop is compulsory.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Assisting with litigation matters before the Bombay High Court, NGT, and Trial Courts.
- Conducting legal research using databases like SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Assisting in drafting and case preparation.
