Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year Course: Students in their 3rd to 5th Year.
- 3-Year Course: Students in their 2nd to 3rd Year.
- Candidates looking to build a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on live matters.
- Drafting of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions, and Case Briefs.
- Assisting with court appearances and case briefings.
- Gaining exposure to real litigation practice before constitutional courts.
