About Legal Internship Opportunity at Dutient

Key Responsibilities
Interns are tasked with high-level analytical work in the privacy domain:
- Regulatory Research: Deep dives into the DPDP Act (India), GDPR (Europe), and sectoral privacy mandates from the RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI.
- Governance Tracking: Monitoring the fast-evolving landscape of AI Regulation and Cybersecurity laws globally.
- Documentation: Assisting in drafting Privacy Policies, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Thought Leadership: Supporting the creation of client memos, research notes, and blogs that simplify complex privacy topics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Law students or Graduates (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. / LL.M.).
- Alternative Backgrounds: Students from Policy, Governance, or Compliance backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
- Core Skills: Exceptional legal research and drafting skills with a specific interest in Technology Law.
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate for the duration.
