About the Internship

- Intellectual Property (IP), Data Protection, and Employment Law
Eligibility Criteria
- Status: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory).
- Requirement: Must obtain NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the college to pursue the internship (mandatory).
- Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills (mandatory).
- Preferred: Interest in technology or intellectual property law preferred; Previous internship experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property, data protection, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review service agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and facilities agreements.
- Assist with coordination and documentation related to litigation matters.
- Support legal entity governance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks.
- Assist with administrative legal work, document organization, and legal database management.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, templates, and legal documentation.
