About the Internship
The Inttl Advocare Internship Programme accepts applications throughout the year. Interns gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious IP work, along with opportunities to assist in research, drafting, filings, and client-oriented assignments in specialized regulatory areas.

- Intellectual Property (IP) Law: Prosecution, Enforcement, Litigation (Trademark, Patent, Copyright, Design)
- Information Technology (IT) Law & Media
- Corporate Advisory & Specialized Regulatory Compliance (FSSAI, Legal Metrology)
Eligibility Criteria
- Status: Students pursuing LL.B. / Law degree from a recognised law school (mandatory).
- Interest: Interest in IP law, IT law, regulatory work, or corporate advisory (preferred).
- Skills: Strong research and drafting skills (desirable).
Areas of Practice / Exposure
Interns may gain experience in:
- Litigation: Arbitration, Trademark, Copyright & Design Litigation, Patent Litigation, Patent Opposition & Revocation.
- Prosecution: Trademark, Patent, Copyright, and Design Prosecution.
- Advisory: Corporate Advisory, Information Technology Law, Competition Law.
- Regulatory: FSSAI, Insecticides Act, and Legal Metrology Compliance.
