Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and prepare concise memos.
- Draft and review commercial & IT contracts, NDAs, and related documents.
- Support dispute-resolution tasks and litigation/tribunal filings as required.
- Help with IP filings and basic IP-related documentation.
- Assist attorneys with client coordination, file maintenance, and ad-hoc tasks.
