About the Internship
Securitas India is seeking a dedicated Legal Intern to support its in-house Legal Team on-site. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a large corporate environment.
Internship Details

Eligibility Criteria
- Status:
- 3rd–5th year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme OR
- 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme (preferred).
- Skills/Interest:
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Interest in corporate/commercial law, compliance, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts and standard agreements.
- Support corporate and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Assist with legal and compliance documentation for business teams.
- Gain exposure to real-time business legal operations and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain contract trackers and support the legal team on ad-hoc tasks.
