AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is seeking a Legal Associate to join its team in Mumbai. This high-impact role involves the end-to-end handling of insolvency and liquidation processes, requiring fieldwork and travel.
Job Details
- Position: Legal Associate
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience working under an Insolvency Professional or an IPE.
- Qualification: B.Com–LLB or equivalent. (Intermediate-level fully qualified CS/CA/PGIP candidates are also strongly encouraged).
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Salary : Commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process) and Liquidation
- Sensitive matters, including those under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) attachment.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com–LLB or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year PQE under an Insolvency Professional or an IPE.
- Strong interest in insolvency, liquidation, and related regulatory frameworks.
- CS/CA/PGIP candidates interested in becoming an Insolvency Professional are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end handling of insolvency resolution and liquidation processes (CIRP & Liquidation)-drafting, filings, coordination, and compliance as per IBC and related regulations.
- Work on sensitive matters (including matters under PMLA attachment), requiring accurate handling and confidentiality.
- Fieldwork and Travel: Required to travel outside Mumbai and undertake short-term stays (1–2 weeks) at client/asset locations.
- Collaboration with CIRP, claims, operations, and legal teams; supporting case management and stakeholder communications.
