About Legal Job Opportunity at Hammurabi & Solomon Partners
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Senior Associate – Litigation. This role is focused on overseeing, managing, and arguing complex litigation cases while providing strategic counsel and mentoring junior team members.
Qualification
- Education: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized institution (LL.M. is a plus).
- Experience: 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation from a reputed law firm or chamber.
- Must be Able to speak, read, and write the Kannada and English languages (+ any other language).
- Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, criminal, corporate, TMT & Startup practices, Intellectual Property (IPR), procedural laws, ADR, and general corporate commercial litigation.
- Excellent courtroom advocacy, legal drafting, negotiation, client management, communication, and leadership abilities. Must know how to take care of compliances.
- Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Manupatra, SCC Online) and case management software.
