Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B and/or CA.
- 3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of M&A tax, transaction tax, corporate tax, and cross-border taxation.
- Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong command of tax law and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior partners on strategic tax solutions and tax structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Handle tax litigation before relevant forums.
- Draft and review legal opinions, litigation submissions, and transaction documents.
- Track and communicate tax law updates, regulatory changes, and judicial developments.
- Assist in preparing internal and external thought leadership materials.
