Key Responsibilities

- Global Legal Support: Providing daily legal assistance to international commercial and procurement teams regarding contract amendments and restructuring.
- Tender & RFP Analysis: Reviewing complex tender documents to identify and assess legal and commercial risks.
- Corporate Support: Assisting in general corporate administrative matters and maintaining standardized legal documentation across business units.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal advice that supports business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Contract Expertise: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Risk Management: Ability to analyze RFPs/tenders and mitigate potential legal liabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
