About Legal Job Opportunity at AFHL Services
AFHL Services is hiring an Advocate to join their litigation practice, focusing on Civil and Criminal Litigation. The role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Experience & Qualification
- Advocate — Civil & Criminal Litigation.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) are preferred.
- Education: LL.B. from a recognized institution.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to practice law.
- Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; professional ethics and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings (civil & criminal).
- Prepare case briefs, exhibit bundles, and assist in trial preparation.
- Liaise with clients, court staff, police/investigative authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards; maintain case timelines and updates.

Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and role).
Location
Mulund (E), Mumbai (On-site; candidates should be able to commute from Mumbai. Occasional relocation/commute from Pune or other parts of India may be considered).
