Position: Legal Associate / Legal Intern
Vacancies: Legal Associate – 1; Legal Intern – 1
Experience Required (PQE): LLB (Associate); Final-year law students with prior corporate internship experience (Intern). CS preferred.
Job Type: Full-time (Associate) / Pre-placement Internship (6 months for Intern)
Mode: On-site (No remote or hybrid option)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day legal compliance.
- Maintain and organise legal documentation.
- Assist in drafting and handling legal correspondences.
- Track regulatory updates under SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws; prepare briefs on amendments.
- Support Legal Counsel in legal and secretarial work.
- Report directly to the Legal Counsel.
