About a Legal Job Opportunity at BLOCK X
BLOCK X is hiring a Legal Associate – Fresher (IP & Anti-Piracy). This role is designed to build bench strength for BLOCK X’s IP, copyright, and anti-piracy initiatives, supporting legal enforcement across digital platforms.
Scope of Work
- Support legal research on IP, copyright, and related enforcement matters
- Assist in anti-piracy investigations and coordinate takedown actions across platforms
- Support trademark protection and handle IP infringement matters, including coordination with global platforms and external counsels
- Assist in resolving impersonation, privacy violations, deepfake imagery, and morphed content across online channel
- Support dispute management, settlement discussions, and coordination with law firms
- Maintain legal trackers, reports, and MIS with strong documentation discipline
- Assist in developing legal processes and support the organisation’s compliance-related requirements, as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal follow-ups and case progression
Profile Requirement
- Law graduate (fresher)
- Strong interest in IP laws, copyright enforcement, and anti-piracy work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow in legal enforcement operations
