Eligibility Criteria

- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced IP practice.
- Willingness to relocate to Chennai (mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with trademark, copyright, and design filings and prosecution.
- Conduct IP-related legal research and prepare reports/briefs.
- Draft legal documents, notices, responses, and client communications.
- Support attorneys in IP advisory and contentious matters.
- Coordinate case-related tasks and maintain timely follow-ups.
