Role
The role requires someone who is comfortable navigating the practical and procedural aspects of trademark practice, including filings, examination reports, oppositions, evidence stages and hearings before the Trademark Registry.
Eligibility
- Has relevant experience in Trademark Prosecution and Opposition handling
- Can manage matters with attention to detail and ownership
- Is based in Mumbai
- Can join immediately
This role offers the opportunity to work on active trademark portfolios and contentious matters in a focused IPR practice environment.
