HDFC International Life and Re is looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager—Legal to join their team in Dubai on an urgent basis. If you have a strong background in corporate law, compliance, and secretarial matters, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handling legal documentation, contracts, and agreements
- Ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Advising on corporate governance and legal matters
- Managing legal disputes and liaising with external legal counsel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Relevant experience in a corporate legal role preferably 1 year
- Prior experience in the UAE legal framework is preferred
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law
