Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor of Law (Honors).
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Drafting and reviewing complex commercial IT contracts (IT outsourcing, service agreements, alliance agreements, subcontracting, licensing, etc.), primarily in English, governed by Dutch and other European laws.
- Proposals & RFPs: Reviewing proposals/RFPs and assisting in their preparation and response.
- Negotiation: Participating in negotiations with customers and vendors across BeNeLux and continental Europe, ensuring conformance with internal policies and risk mitigation requirements.
- Advisory: Analyzing legal issues and commercial risks, presenting recommendations to business teams and senior management, and acting as an interface between local offices and global headquarters.
- Standardization: Creating standard contract forms, including translation from English into the local language, and adapting contracts to local law.
- Compliance: Tracking relevant laws and regulations and performing legal advisory functions regarding general corporate compliance.
- Knowledge Sharing: Sharing knowledge about local laws and business trends within the Infosys global legal community.
