Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior work experience with Tier-1 law firm(s)
- Strong grounding in General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity.
- Graduate from a top National Law University (NLU).
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes transactional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions including M&A and PE investments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, SSAs, SHA, JV agreements, etc.).
- Conduct and oversee legal due diligence.
- Support structuring, regulatory compliance, and deal execution.
- Coordinate with clients, counterparty counsel, and internal teams.
- Assist partners in complex corporate advisory and transactional mandates.
