Mandatory Eligibility & Requirements
- PQE: 3–5 years.
- Prior experience in corporate & commercial litigation in Hyderabad is MANDATORY.
- Working proficiency in Telugu is required.
- Strong drafting, advocacy support, research, and client-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, interlocutory applications, and other court documents.
- Assisting in court appearances, hearings, and case strategy.
- Conducting legal research, preparing briefs, and supporting senior counsel.
- Coordinating with clients and external counsel as needed.
