Key Responsibilities
- IPR Strategy: Managing and protecting the copyright portfolio of member labels.
- Enforcement: Overseeing legal actions against unauthorized public performances and copyright infringements.
- Consultation: Providing high-level legal advice on licensing agreements and IPR compliance.
- Drafting: Preparing and reviewing complex legal notices, pleadings, and IPR-related contracts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong IPR Background: 4–5 years of dedi.cated experience in Intellectual Property
