Remfry & Sagar is looking for an IP attorney to join their Trademarks (Prosecution & Opposition) practice at our Gurugram office.
Work Experience
1-3 years of work experience in trademarks.
Eligibility
- Legal Skills: Strong understanding of trademarks law, including filing, prosecution, oppositions, and contentious matters;
- Research & Writing: A flair for legal writing, including drafting articles and reports on trademark law developments;
- Analytical Ability: Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and develop strategies for trademark protection;
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
