Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant credentials are welcome).
- Qualification: LLB and AIBE qualified (All India Bar Examination).
- Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation support skills.
- Environment: Ability to work effectively in a high-volume litigation and advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in litigation and advisory matters across taxation, FEMA, money laundering, and allied laws.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and compliance documents.
- Conduct legal research, assist in hearings, and client coordination.
- Support senior counsel in case preparation and filings.
