- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist on general corporate and commercial advisory matters.
- Support transactional work (joint ventures, commercial contracts, due diligence).
- Draft and review contracts, memos, and client deliverables.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinion notes.
- Coordinate with senior lawyers and external stakeholders on transactions.
